Help us celebrate 25 years serving the Catholic Schools in Frederick County!

Our Mission
Friends of Catholic Education, Inc. (F.O.C.E.) is an independent organization dedicated to providing a Catholic school education, in Frederick County, for all who seek it.

Letter From The President

Dear Friends,

Join us! Friends of Catholic Education (F.O.C.E.) is a team of clergy and laity committed to raising funds that help FAMILIES provide their children with a Catholic School education at the five Catholic schools in Frederick County, Maryland.

F.O.C.E. exists to GIVE money away.

For more than 25 years, F.O.C.E. has been the champion of Catholic education in Frederick County -the cradle of Catholic school education in America and home to Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton's first school! Building on her legacy, we have provided almost $5 million in scholarships, tuition assistance, and capital grants.

F.O.C.E. HONORS those who teach.

Each year we publicly recognize the outstanding teachers at each school and encourage them in their ministry.

F.O.C.E. CELEBRATES those who build.

Also, each year we recognize and honor people who have made significant contributions to Catholic school education in Frederick County with the presentation of the Father John McElroy Award. Like Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton, Father McElroy was a founder of Catholic schools in Frederick County and later founded Boston College. Frederick County Catholic Schools are the lasting legacy of giants in Catholic education. F.O.C.E. works to provide the opportunity to receive the GIFT that is a Catholic school education.

There has never been more need in our Catholic schools than today. We hope you will join us in meeting that need. Please consider supporting F.O.C.E. by including us in your estate planning or by establishing an endowed scholarship to honor a loved one; such generosity will show your appreciation for the value of a Catholic school education.

Please take the time to learn more about Friends of Catholic Education, Inc. and our mission. Feel free to contact me, our executive director, or any member of our board of trustees. If you wish to contribute, volunteer with us, or simply want more information, let us know.

Sincerely,

Bill Milani
President
